Relay For Life
Celebrate.Remember.Fight Back.
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to Celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, Remember loved ones lost, and Fight Back against the disease.
Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries take part in this global phenomenon and raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer.
My Daughter's lost their grandfather to Cancer 8 years ago and they struggle every day with the memories and how much they miss him. We decided this year to do our part and Help The fight for Cancer by Creating a Team and doing the Relay for Life Event here in our town, So
On Saturday, June 21st, at 2pm , my family and friends will be helping to fight cancer at the Annual Relay For Life of Rochester, NH . Funds will be used by the American Cancer
Society for cancer research, patient services, and public education.
You can help our efforts to
eliminate cancer by making a donation to the event. It’s easy
to do - simply make a donation to our Team HERE.
Our goal is to raise at
least $1000.00 and with your support we will be well on our way! Please take a
stand against cancer by making a flat donation of $15, $25, $50, or whatever
you can afford. Not only will you help us achieve our goal, but you will also be
helping the American Cancer Society reach its goal of increasing survivorship
by 50%, decreasing the incidence of cancer by 25%, and improving the overall
quality of life of cancer survivors by the year 2015.
We all know someone who has been touched by cancer, someone who is
fighting the battle now or who has lost the battle to this disease. We will be
helping to find a cure for cancer, so when our grandchildren become adults
their children will ask “What was cancer?”
We appreciate your support of our efforts and the American Cancer
Society’s Relay For Life. Together we can make a difference!
THANK YOU!
