Book Review - Creed (Unfinished Hero #2) by Kristen Ashley

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

KA has done it again , sucked me right in and had me turning pages to get all the story in to find out what was going to happen next . I love KA I love her stories and I LOVE how they are amazingly written . I LOVE her men ... I LOVE IT ALL .... Every freaking book of hers has blown me away and left me wanting more!!

Way too young, eleven year old Tucker Creed and his six year old neighbor, Sylvie Bissenette, find they have something awful in common. Creed then decides he’s going to do everything in his limited power to shield his Sylvie from her ordeal. So he does and Creed and Sylvie form a bond that grows and blossoms with their ages.

They plot to leave their lives behind, the town they live in that will hold them down and the histories they share that, unless they break free, will bury them. Sylvie goes to their special place, Creed never shows and she doesn’t see him again until it’s too late.

With Creed gone, Sylvie is forced to endure a nightmare and do the unspeakable to end it. To deal, she develops a hard shell with sharp edges that very few can break through. So when Creed again finds his Sylvie, he discovers the girl he loved is locked away and he has to find his way back into her heart without getting shredded in the process

Creed ... totally hot , sexy , rugged, badass alpha male .. Creed hit me with such an emotional punch that it had my heart aching through the journey between Sylvie and Creed's past and present. I was so happy to have ALL of Creed past and present to be able to understand the whole story ..

“Then and now, beautiful, I’ll take you any way you come to me … Any way. I love this Sylvie, I loved that Sylvie. I just love you, baby.”

Sylvie ... Sexy , badass woman who wanted to live the dream and had a HARD life and an even harder life for 6 yrs when Creed disappeared on her .. I LOVE how she told him everything that happened to her and NEVER held anything back .... It is what built them to be the best they could be with each other ...

“They took you away from me."
His hand squeezed mine, the pendants and chains digging into my skin.
"I'm back, baby.”

I loved the flashbacks . It was great to get the WHOLE story from childhood up to better understand what they BOTH had gone through , they both worked through it together and came out on top and WON in the end ...
